In 2007, Lisa Cavallaro founded Blue Rose Coaching to further her mission of helping men and women create healthier lifestyles. Coaching globally via Internet and phone, she added a local component to her practice and since 2010 has been working with clients at The Wellness Center in Camillus, NY. In 2012, she co-founded THRiVEcny Magazine to expand her reach with a free health & wellness publication available throughout Central New York and also online.
Lisa has a 20-year background in accounting and business and earned her masters degree in 2005 in Marriage & Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She studied and worked under Dr. Martha Beck earning designation as a Master Certified Life Coach. Also a Certified Weight Loss Coach and Reiki Master/Teacher, Lisa is a resident of Onondaga Hill. She is a wife and mom whose passion is helping people THRiVE!

At a very young age Marisa became interested in health and wellness. It started by watching her parents make healthy choices, and continued to develop as she was diagnosed with food intolerances, which transformed the way she lives. Always searching for new ways of living well, Marisa is excited to be combining her passion for wellness with her education and work experience.
A 2012 graduate of Le Moyne College’s Madden School of Business, Marisa dual majored in Marketing and Applied Management Analysis. Since 2010, she has been working in sales and marketing, most recently with KS&R in Syracuse. Marisa’s interests include dance, Pilates, yoga, running and Pure Barre and she can be found spending her free time with friends and family (preferably by the pool), playing with her dog, Reilly, and traveling.
