Suzanne Wallace has been a resident of CNY since 1985. She is a graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester, earning a bachelors degree in Business Administration. With a career focus on sales, development and management, Sue was with Paychex Inc. for 12 years and with The Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce/ Centerstate CEO for 10 years. In addition to her role as Publisher, she also oversees advertising sales for THRiVEcny.

Lisa Cavallaro, M.A. spent 20 years in business management and ownership before becoming a Master Certified Life Coach, Certified Weight Loss Coach, Reiki Master and founder of Blue Rose Coaching. Her educational background includes a bachelors degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College and masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Syracuse University.
